Error during build with 2.1.3

Kanwar Ranbir Sandhu
Hi all,

I'm doing some testing with the latest release, and received a couple of
errors during the build.  I haven't seen an error during the build
process before.

Error 1 [Repeated 8 times]:

find: warning: you have specified the -maxdepth option after a
non-option argument -name, but options are not positional (-maxdepth
affects tests specified before it as well as those specified after it).
Please specify options before other arguments.

Error 2:

Unknown file type (unallocated) boot-images/iso/source/.. - ignoring and
continuing.

The Thinstation image appears to be fine, despite the errors.  But,
there could be something lurking I have yet to come across.

I took a quick look at the build script, and found a few lines with
"find", so naturally that's the place to look, but I haven't tried
making any changes yet.

Has anyone else experienced this?

Regards,

Ranbir

What distribution/version are you running this on?

Do you have X installed on this box? I have similar errors on my headless,
X-less server that I do builds on - not sure if they are exactly the same as
I'm at work ATM. This has beed happening since the inclusion of the ImageMagik
in the build (beta2 I think).

Does it actually cause any issues?

The Thinstation image is being built on a Fedora Core 4 box.  It's also
the test X server.

Yes.

As I wrote in my original email, the test clients boot okay, and seem to
be operating well.  As far as I can tell, everything is okay.

However, the image build process shouldn't be generating errors.
Perhaps the version of "find" in FC4 is different in some way (wild
guess...haven't looked into it).

Is there a fix, or has anyone else reported this?  I haven't seen any
mention of it here or on the developers list.

Regards,

Ranbir
